I recently inherited a b15 Sentra to be enlisted for daily driver duties. I find myself questioning whether the suspension from an X Trail will bolt on.

That's very similar to the "let's put an Eagle's drivetrain in a Gremlin" sickness, and seems to be well-founded. Treatable with medication, even, and by medication I mean DO EET.
